Alliance Integration Agreement:¶

The Agreement is concluded for the purpose of developing effective and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Parties in the field of combining technologies of generative artificial intelligence (GAI), the Internet of Things (IoT), in the following areas:

• Iimplementation of applied scientificresearch and innovative developments with their subsequent commercialization on projects in the field of renewable energy resources usage in the framework of joint initiatives and activities implementation of our countries;

• Field of sea waves energy conversion to electricity technology research applicable in different geographical areas and sea/ocean conditions, that could secure regional power needs for sustainable economic progress with the environment protection/rehabilitation and mitigation of climate warming up thus living condition improvement;

• Development of joint research and projects focused on the application of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), telecommunications, transport and other means, systems or equipment;

• Publishing joint articles, books or documents in the relevant indexed spaces related to topics of interest to the Parties;

• Formalizing working systems that facilitate the recruitment of human resources and doctoral training related to joint projects and research.
